Liners and Extrusions

Teleflex (via Teleflex Medical OEM) produces precision extruded PTFE, FEP, and other fluoropolymer tubing, including ultra-thin PTFE liners and custom heat-shrink tubing, for medical device applications. Their extrusion portfolio supports tight tolerance control and concentricity for liners used in catheter and guidewire systems, as well as engineered heat-shrink components that protect, insulate, and aid assembly in minimally invasive devices. Teleflex’s extrusion capabilities also extend to multi-lumen tubing and reinforced profiles to meet complex performance requirements in diagnostic and interventional products.
